You can’t always control what happens to you, but you can choose how you respond to it as I sat in a blood bank in lieu of the utility pipeline rupture.  That lingered in my mind as I thought, you’ve only got one life, so go out and do what you want. Decided to take that step and  met up with a truly inspirational mentor over at the Dish Cafe in The Presidio of SF – an old military post transformed into a national park/landmark.

After the meeting, I received a couple calls and an email for gigs in the area. Pretty stoked that somehow they all scheduled perfectly on my calender. Life was looking good, even spotted the Walt Disney Family Museum while at the Presidio, which I didn’t know existed around here. Went in to see what it was all about, but since admission tickets were required to enter, I decided to migrate over to browse the gift shop instead – haha.

Back home, I had a new purchase,  vitamins –  in GUMMY form! The creator is a genius.  They should make gummy aspirins, gummy allergy pills, gummy everything!  I don’t normally do sweets, but when I do, gummy candy is my weakness. I use to snack on gummy worms, gummy bears, gummy peach rings, gummy root beer bottles all the time. I wonder if there’s a gummy recipe out there.

This made taking my vitamins so easy, I got an extra one with vitamin C.

Felt like the Laws of Attraction has been bestowed upon me, that when I decided to pursue a venture, the stars aligned to support my decision.

The greatest discovery is that human beings can alter their lives by altering their attitudes of mind. – William James
